- Respond to I circular well in time with all the information required.
- Send your full papers for presentation well in time. Please do not forget to mention the section in which you wish to present your paper.
- All the authors of the paper must be the members of the society.
- Names of non-members will be deleted or papers will not be accepted.
- Those who wish to become the members of the society should send their DD of Rs. 4050/- for life membership or Rs. 350/- for ordinary membership in favour of The Treasurer, IBS, Dr. Alok Srivastava, Department of Plant Science, MJP,University, Bareilly-243006.
- Send your registration fee to the Organising Secretary.
- If you are a life member of the society for last five years you can apply for fellowship of the society (FBS) to me by sending your application, biodata and DD of Rs. 1500/- in favour of Treasurer, IBS, Bareilly.
- In case you fail to attend the conference and you wish to get the copy of the abstract, please send a DD of Rs. 100/- in favour of the Treasurer, IBS, Bareilly.
- If you have any difficulty, please contact the Secretary by sending a post card.
