A contribution to the floristic diversity in Patadi Taluka, Surendranagar district, Gujarat
Abstract
Knowledge of plant diversity is important to understand the environment and its function. In present study a total number of 125 plant species of vascular plants belonging to 40 families and 99 genera are reported from Patadi taluka of Surendranagar district. IUCN status of the threatened taxa are also provide.This study will play an important role in proper knowledge of plant diversity, conservation and planning for sustainable use available sources.
